We are dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. *Summary* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at casual dining restaurant and Tiki Bar in Citrus County, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our members' experiences by delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages, aligning with our commitment to excellence. *Responsibilities* * Knowledgeable to suggest, prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. * Open availability including nights, weekends and most holidays excluding Christmas Day and New Years' Day. * Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations. * Process transactions accurately using POS systems. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. * Engage with members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment. * Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. * Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. * Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. * Basic math skills for handling transactions. * Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County *Call-To-Action* If you're ready to shake things up and provide exceptional service at Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club, we invite you to apply today and become part of our vibrant community!
