Revenue Analyst The San Luis Resort is seeking an experienced Revenue Analyst to monitor group and transient business thresholds within the five-year forecast window to ensure measurable improvements to RevPar index. Responsibilities include ensuring room inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for the hotel. This position will recommend pricing for the hotel transient segment and conduct analysis of revenue, profit, and demands. Qualifications must include excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency at statistical and competitive analysis, and ensuring all room's statistics reports and any other related reports are accurate and consistent. Hotel experience is preferred. This position does not earn tips.
