Do you have a passion for helping people? Do you get excited about developing new processes and procedures? Our IT team is looking for a Sr. IT Support Analyst to join us! We are looking for someone that is excited about learning and implementing new technologies as well as supporting our internal customers. Location:
This role offers work location flexibility. With the option to work in Buhler, KS or Wichita, KS.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an inventory of installed software, managing software licensing, and creating policies and procedures for upgrades
Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization
Create accounts and managing access controls based on company policies
Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems.
Respond to tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.
Manage SaaS application user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.
Document standard procedures and processes

Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge Required:
3+ years of experience working as a Sr IT Analyst, IT Analyst, OR related position
Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity is required.
Networking experience with Unifi Cloud Gateway and Switches, Sonicwall Firewalls
Working knowledge of Endpoint protection systems
Experience & Knowledge Preferred:
Associates degree or higher in information technology, information security or related field
Professional certifications from entities such as HDI (Desktop Support Technician or Support Center Analyst), CompTIA or Microsoft (Microsoft Certified IT Professional or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator).
Familiarity with administering Google Workspace, Active Directory domain administration experience
Experience with Security and Risk mitigation
PC lifecycle management and imaging
Cloud Administration(AWS, Google, Azure)
