The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java development, production support, monitoring and troubleshooting, incident management, and application performance monitoring using Splunk and Dynatrace.This role focuses on maintaining application stability, resolving production issues, monitoring system health, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure high application availability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.Monitor application health using Splunk and Dynatrace.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.Support incident, problem, and change management processes.Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues.Participate in on-call production support rotation.Monitor system performance and improve application reliability.Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.Work within an SRE environment to improve system availability and operational excellence.Required Qualifications3–5 years of Java development or Java production support experience.Experience supporting enterprise Java applications.Hands-on experience with Splunk.Hands-on experience with Dynatrace.Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.Experience troubleshooting production issues.Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands.Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBanking or Financial Services experience.ATM technology experience.Knowledge of ITIL processes.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms.
