Job Description: Type of Freight: 90% Refrigerated 10% Dry Van Type of Equipment: Peterbilt 579 Freightliner Cascadia Transmission Types: Mostly automatics Some manuals Permanently Assigned: Yes % Drop & Hook: 70% % No Touch: 100% Primary Running Areas: Southeast, Midwest, Arizona & Utah Average Weekly Miles: 2500-3000 miles per week Average Length of Haul: 750 miles Home Time/ Days Out: Home weekly (unless the Driver wants to stay out) Days off depend on trips that week Most of the time drivers are home 2 full days but they will be home for 34 for sure Opporunity to be home weekends Average Weekly Pay: $1250-$1450 per week Safety Bonus: $.02cpm paid monthy Orientation: 2 days Paid $130/day (if Driver lives within 30 miles of terminal, then it is $90 per day, non-negotiable) Driver must Drive Personal Vehicle to Harrison, AR Lodging Provided Breakfast at hotel, lunch at orientation Insurance: 1st Day of new month after 60 days of employment Offer medical, dental, vision, & life insurance BCBS Medical & Delta Dental Matching 401 (k) contributions Job Requirements: MUST have Class A CDL License Minimum Age 21, preferred 25 (and up) 2 years of T/T experience Will accept any experience as long as it was pulling 48-53ft trailers!! NO MORE THAN 1 MOVING VIOLATION IN THE PAST 3 YEARS!!!! No at fault accidents in the past 12 months No Accidents involving a fatality (EVER) No speeding ticket(s) of 15mph or more in past 3 years No convictions for reckless/careless driving in last 3 years No major traffic violation in the last 2 years No more than 3 jobs in the past year No terminations for safety No felonies in the past 10 years No convictions for sex crimes involving minors No misdemeanors in the past 5 years No convictions for sex crimes involving minors No failed drug or alcohol tests in a lifetime Please have a copy of your Physical Long Form upon request.
