This is a high-impact role requiring a dual-threat sales professional: someone equally comfortable positioning SaaS solutions and technology leveraged long-term Managed Services (strategic outsourcing/infrastructure).The ideal candidate understands that financial institutions don't just buy software; they buy security, reliability, and transformation. You will be the primary architect of high-value partnerships, navigating the "long game" of enterprise procurement to deliver solutions that modernize the core of global banking.Key ResponsibilitiesTailored Solution Selling: Expertly pivot between selling high-velocity SaaS platforms and high-touch, long-term Managed Services agreements, depending on the client’s operational maturity.Banking Domain Mastery: Navigate the complex hierarchies of Tier-1 and Tier-2 financial institutions, building relationships with C-Suite executives (CIO, CTO, CRO) and key procurement stakeholders.AI Transformation: Act as a thought leader by positioning AI Software Services as a critical lever for operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and personalized banking.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute 12–24 month account strategies that account for the rigid regulatory and compliance requirements of the finance industry.Deal Orchestration: Lead the charge on complex RFP/RFI responses, coordinating with legal, security, and technical teams to ensure "bank-grade" solution delivery.Requirements8-10 Years of Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket B2B technology sales, with at least 7 years dedicated to the Financial Services vertical.The "Dual-Track" Skillset: Demonstrated success in selling both recurring software licenses (SaaS) and complex service-led engagements (Managed Services/Consulting).Closing Power: Evidence of consistently hitting or exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas and closing deal sizes ranging from $500k to $5M+.AI Expertise: Prior experience selling AI/ML services, automated underwriting, or algorithmic fraud detection software.Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with hybrid-cloud environments and data residency issues specific to global banking.Active Network: A strong existing network of contacts within major banking enterprises.Excellent Communication: Ability to translate complex AI and cloud concepts into tangible business outcomes for non-technical executive stakeholders.Compensation & BenefitsThe on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $240000 to $340,000+, including base salary and variable compensation, with significant upside through uncapped commissions.
