If you are lookingto grow your career while helping shape the success of a productionteam, this is the place for you.**Summary**The Production Manager is a key member of ATMI-Indys management team.This role directly supervises the assigned team and ensures that dailyproduction goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety andquality. The Production Manager works with available resources to driveefficiency, oversee processes, and support a culture of continuousimprovement.**Responsibilities** Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports toidentify nonconformities and recommend solutions Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Assist with development and implementation of productionimprovements Meet daily with assigned team to review safety, goals, and logisticsto support production targets Document and lead investigations related to safety or disciplinaryissues Participate in hiring decisions and staffing needs Develop and deliver training for managers, supervisors, foremen, andlaborers Provide schedules and material take-offs for upcoming projects Coordinate deliveries of stock materials to meet productionRequirements Lead weekly safety and quality meetings Identify cost-saving opportunities in labor, materials, and overhead Drive continuous process improvement in safety, quality, andefficiency Ensure all quality practices meet PCI standards and the QualityStandards Manual Collaborate with senior management, scheduling, sales, and projectmanagement to align with project timelines Maintain daily presence on the production floor as a hands-on leader Serve as a role model for safety, quality, attendance, timeliness,respect, and teamwork**Requirements**::: {bind="html: Job.Requirements"} Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a minimum of 10 yearsof proven leadership experience in the industry ACI Level 1 certification (can be obtained after hire) PCI Level 1 and Level 2 certifications desired (can be obtainedafter hire) PCI Level 3 certification is a plus Ability to coordinate and manage multiple departments with 100+employees Experience creating and managing operational budgets Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of general manufacturing and engineering principles Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, withgeneral IT knowledge Strong team collaboration skills**Physical Requirements** Must be able to start work at 4am Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs Ability to climb onto and down from equipment Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances in anindustrial environment Ability to work in outdoor conditions when necessary, includinginclement weather, heat, humidity, and exposure to dust**Hours** 40+ hours per week Some weekend work may be required:::
