This role involves hands-on technical work, adherence to strict safety and quality standards, and collaboration with engineering and field teams. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and stage jobs per Bills of Material (BOM) and direction from shop leadershipReview engineering drawings and identify any errors or omissions before beginning assemblyReport documentation or design issues immediately to the shop leadAssist team members with the safe handling and movement of large projectsBuild and maintain electrical control panels in compliance with UL508A standardsSupport testing, quality checks, and preparation of completed jobs for shipmentDevelop and maintain knowledge in commissioning and startup of VFDs, field instrumentation, basic PLC platforms, and basic networking equipmentDiagnose equipment and system issues independently or with remote assistance from a Process EngineerSupport site commissioning and startup activities, including diagnostics and startup of panel wiring, instrument wiring, and network diagnosticsEstablish remote connections with Programming Engineers to assist with advanced troubleshooting QualificationsAssociate degree or technical certificate preferred2 - 5 years of experience with industrial instrumentation and controlsUnderstanding of electrical control panels and electrical designGeneral PLC knowledgeValid driver’s license requiredAny candidate being considered will be subject to drug/alcohol and background screening#ZR
