Job Description SITE SUPERVISOR – TRAVEL POSITION AROUND USAReady to lead teams, drive execution, and be part of large-scale warehouse projects across the U.S.?MOCA Logistics is looking for a SITE SUPERVISOR to join our growing Operations team. We work primarily with Amazon warehouse projects nationwide, building and setting up operational spaces including racking systems, workstations, offices, furniture, and warehouse infrastructure.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, problem-solving, and leading teams on-site.What you'll do:• Lead daily field operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule• Supervise crews and coordinate workflow on-site• Monitor productivity and maintain quality standards• Support Project Managers with planning and execution activities• Identify risks and proactively solve issues before they impact the project• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed• Train and mentor team members• Communicate project updates and operational needsWhat we're looking for:• Leadership experience in warehouse, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or field operations• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments• Experience leading teams and coordinating field activities• Safety-focused mindset• Ability to travel extensivelyPosition Details: Salary position.
