Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.Join Our Dynamic Team as a Wound Care Registered Nurse!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Position: Wound Care RN \n- Specialty: Wound Care \n- Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:30) \n- Scheduling: Block Schedules Available \n\nExperience Requirements:\n\n- Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience required. \n- Wound care experience is a must. \n\nCertifications:\n\n- BLS required \n- Wound Care Certification or WOCN required \n\nEssential Skills:\n\n- Proficiency in wound treatments/dressings, including: \n - Alginates \n - Autolytic debriding agents \n - Electrical stimulation \n - Silver products \n - Vacuum Assisted Closure \n - Wound cultures \n\n- Expertise in symptom management and evaluation, including: \n - Alterations in skin and mucous membranes \n - Continence evaluation \n\n- Knowledge of ulcer risk assessment tools and management: \n - Braden scale assessment \n - Pressure ulcer management \n\n- Competence in colostomy/ileostomy care and management: \n - Equipment selection \n - Patient education \n\nWork Environment:\n\n- Patient Ratios: 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends \n- Daily Census: Up to 10 patients \n- Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics \n- Special Procedures: Must have wound care specific experience and Wound Vac experience \n\nAdditional Information:\n\n- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend \n- Orientation Hours: 30 hours \n- Float Required: Yes, to different units for wound care treatment \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
