Paralegal – Real Estate & Civil Litigation

📍 Tampa, FL | In Office🏢 / Coastal Pointe Homes / Coastal Equity FundingWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Paralegal to support our expanding legal and operational departments across both our real estate development and private lending platforms.The ideal candidate MUST have previous verifiable experience in:real estate transactions and documentation,as well as civil litigation support and case management.This role will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer / In-House Counsel and will work closely with leadership, operations, outside counsel, title companies, lenders, and internal departments across the organization.We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and can operate with a high level of organization, urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation, review, and organization of real estate contracts and transaction documentsCoordinate with title companies, lenders, outside counsel, vendors, and internal departmentsSupport civil litigation matters including case organization, document management, discovery coordination, and deadline trackingReview and track purchase agreements, amendments, addendums, and closing documentationMaintain organized legal files and operational recordsAssist with corporate filings and internal legal documentationTrack litigation timelines, contingencies, and important deadlinesSupport construction, development, and lending-related legal workflowsAssist leadership with legal and operational special projectsQualificationsPrevious paralegal experience REQUIREDMUST have previous verifiable real estate experienceMUST have previous civil litigation experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-moving business environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal document management systemsPreferred ExperienceReal estate developmentConstruction-related legal workTitle or closing coordinationCommercial litigationCorporate/legal operations supportPrivate lending or finance-related transactionsCompensationSalary range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually based on experienceOpportunity for long-term growth within the organizationThis is an opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership while helping support and expand the legal infrastructure of a rapidly growing real estate and investment platform.
