Stable, full-time hours What You'll Do In this role, you'll be an important part of both the clinical and front office experience: Assist with patient intake and rooming (check-in/check-out) Document patient visits in EMR Answer calls and schedule appointments Prepare patient charts and track lab results Coordinate with other medical offices Process medical records requests Travel to clinic locations with providers (mileage reimbursed) Support daily clinic operations as needed No two days are exactly the same; you'll stay engaged while making a real impact on patient care. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in customer service or a medical setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with computers and EMR systems Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred (but not required): Coursework or certification in healthcare, communications, or customer service We're willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and desire to learn. Schedule MondayThursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM Locations & Travel We serve patients across multiple locations: 3 offices in the Kansas City Metro 1 in Clinton, MO 1 in Warrensburg, MO Travel to all locations is required (mileage reimbursed).
