Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions to enable smooth communication between different software applications and databases. Work with a variety of database technologies to store, retrieve, and manipulate data efficiently. This includes SQL databases and other data storage solutions. Create and manage APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate data exchange between disparate systems, ensuring interoperability. Implement and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to transform raw data into a usable format, supporting data analytics and reporting requirements. Design and implement data models that align with organizational needs, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to understand data requirements and provide effective integration solutions. Identify and resolve issues related to data integration, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the integration lifecycle. Create comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, APIs, and data models to facilitate understanding and future development. Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information during integration processes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in computer science required. 2+ years of similar experience preferred.Required Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in data integration, database development, and API development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or others commonly used in data integration. Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, and experience with various database management systems. Familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks for data integration (e.g., SSIS, Informatica). Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs, with experience in designing and consuming APIs. Ability to analyze complex data integration challenges and implement effective solutions. Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality throughout the integration process. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business requirements in the dynamic field of data integration. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong penchant for critical thought and innovation. Values commitments from meeting times to meeting deadlines. Possesses a servant’s heart with humility towards building trusting relationships.
