Caregiver Assessment Specialist

Overview HomeCaire of Maine is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Assessment Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves conducting field visits to our clients and caregivers for our personal care agency, ensuring that patients receive quality service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, as well as experience in a healthcare related setting. Your ability to conduct field assessments with efficiency will be essential in providing excellent patient care and customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate with our team of scheduling coordinators to schedule and conduct routine field visits. Utilize scheduling software to maintain accurate patient records and scheduleing details. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations. Assist in scheduling operations to ensure quality care for the patients we serve. Experience Previous experience in a home health agency setting is preferred. Familiarity with scheduling software is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients, and caregivers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
