This person will troubleshoot complex issues, improve IT processes, manage application licensing, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance of critical design tools.Top 4 Skills:AEC application expertise (Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, etc.)Advanced troubleshooting (Tier II/III support)Customer-facing communication skillsSoftware licensing & deployment managementResponsibilities:Provide Tier II/III support for design applicationsTroubleshoot software, licensing, and system issuesManage ServiceNow tickets and reduce backlogMaintain documentation and knowledge baseAnalyze trends and improve IT processesSupport deployment and licensing of AEC toolsCollaborate with vendors and internal stakeholdersTrain users and support adoption of toolsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)4+ years supporting engineering/design applicationsExperience with Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI, etc.Strong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with software deployment and licensing
