Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver position located in San Jose, CA. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will provide emotional support, companionship, and monitor clients to ensure their health and safety. Additionally, you will collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to address clients’ individual needs and well-being. Qualifications Experience in caregiving tasks such as personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygieneBasic cooking and meal preparation skills, as well as light housekeeping experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills to provide companionship and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providersOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client care needs efficientlyAbility to monitor physical and emotional changes in clients and report to the appropriate partiesPatience, empathy, and a passion for providing quality careCPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory)Experience or certification in caregiving roles, nursing assistant roles, or related fields (preferred)Clear background check and valid driver’s license (as required)
