CNC Programmer

*Job Summary* Intech Inc. is seeking a skilled, experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of cutting tools, troubleshooting multi axis, complex turning operations and processes. Create and train on setup documentation for operators-machinists. Identify and implement solutions for increased machine productivity and capability. *Duties* - Strong background on Citizen Swiss type machines - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to write CNC programs - Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications - Perform quality checks using tools such as calipers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines - Proficient in G-code programming - Maintain a clean and safe work environment *Qualifications* - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings - Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements - Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Familiarity with mechanical principles and machining processes - Understanding of schematics and geometry - Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills - Work towards a deadline independently If you have a passion for precision machining and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a CNC Programmer. 5 years’ experience is required, salary is commensurate with the experience.
