Staff Engineer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Engineer (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity gains, and operational consistency. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.
