Salary (Base) Range: $120,000 - $150,000Hybrid 3-4 days/week in Austin officeNo visa sponsorship provided, no C2COur client is an established software company based in Austin, Texas, that provides MLS and real estate technology solutions used by Multiple Listing Services, associations, brokers, and real estate professionals across North America.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a leading technical role in shaping and delivering the client’s best-in-class technology solutions. In this role, you will drive key phases of the development and implementation of the client’s mission-critical software — including research, design, development, testing, optimization, and documentation — while guiding architectural decisions and mentoring other engineers.
