Job Title: IT Project ManagerJob Category: Project and Program ManagementTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * *The OpportunityCACI is currently looking for an IT Project Manager to plan, direct, and manage software development and hardware implementation projects to support the customer’s mission.You will be directly responsible and customer facing for planning, executing, and communicating project timelines, for a full spectrum of important IT-focused, enterprise-wide lifecycle support which includes ServiceNow, Web Design, IT Infrastructure, and other related customer initiatives. Additionally, DevOps, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services are also focus areas across the customer’s enterprise.ResponsibilitiesConfiguration ManagementSchedule and lead customer and stakeholder sessions for the identification and refinement of technical and functional business requirements. Serve as point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networksConvert customer requirements into well-groomed user stories by acting as the Scrum Master for one or more software development projects. Develop long-term strategic objectives to ensure user requirements will be satisfied in future yearsWork in collaboration to drive the adoption of timely, cost effective and secure IT solutions by promoting seamless integration and an end-to-end (full life cycle) IT approach that provides customers insight to their IT requirements throughout the entirety of the process.Plan, document and coordinate new and existing business cases and project review board briefs and to further coordinate procurement, provisioning, and implementations. The role will include hands-on solution architecture, resource management, implementation support, and client management.Plan, direct, and coordinate Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps activities, information systems, infrastructure, and architecture planning to bring value and impact to the customer.Analyze computer and information needs of an organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirementsPerform horizontal system integration planning and interface with other functional areas, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely mannerDeliver in person Project Management Reviews and presentations to multiple large groups of stakeholdersCoordinate cost estimate activities in support of program managers and teams that support the provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing of serviceUse and manage all project work within the customer’s enterprise management toolContract Specific Duties May IncludeAccountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completionWork closely with the Program Manager on contract specific performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completionQualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, from an accredited institutionMinimum of 8 years of relevant Project Management experienceTS/SCI clearance with polyDemonstrated (non-academic) experience in a similar role (day-to-day management as a contractor supporting a government enterprise IT environment)Demonstrated experience defining measurable metrics to monitor progressExperience in architecting, developing and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Scaled Agile methodologies to include sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesDesired5-10+ years IC Enterprise support and hands on technical / strategic experience) in at least three or more of the following technical areas;Software Engineering, to include DevOps or DevSecOpsInfrastructure (Cloud and On-Prem)Business Intelligence / Big Data / Data Science ITSMDevSecOps tools, ServiceNow, AWS / Azure / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations and Service ManagementWhat You Can Expect A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
