The role demands technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Proficiency in AV systems, signal processing, and video/audio routing.Experience with software like Adobe Creative Suite, Extron, Crestron, and AVIXA tools.Knowledge of protocols such as SIP, VOIP, H.323, and Skype for Business.Certifications (Preferred):AVIXA CTSCrestron or Extron certificationsCCNA, ITIL, or other relevant IT/AV certificationsSoft Skills:Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and in teams.Customer-centric mindset and adaptability.Preferred Experience:AV engineering, preferably in media production, live events, or corporate environments.Experience managing AV projects for high-profile clients or events.Familiarity with global AV operations and multilingual support.
