# Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) -Location: Miami, FL. ## Company OverviewGriting AI help one company - a data-driven, proactive wellness and longevity healthcare organization redefining the primary care delivery model. This company integrate advanced clinical technology and forward-thinking diagnostic tools to optimize patient healthspan and lifespan.As they scale the AI-first care model, they are building AICare: a healthcare AI platform with two core products, Pre-Interview for patient intake and Copilot for exam-room assistance. The goal is simple and demanding: happy doctors, healthy patients, and software that removes friction from clinical care instead of adding another chore.## Position SummaryThe Forward Deployed Engineer is a high-impact technical role at the intersection of software engineering, clinical operations, and product deployment. This person will work in person with the Miami clinical team to understand real workflows, ship fast improvements, debug issues live, and turn clinic feedback into reliable product behavior.The ideal candidate is comfortable writing production code, sitting with clinicians to understand what is actually happening, and owning the last mile between an AI product and day-to-day medical practice. This is not a back-office engineering role. It is for someone who wants to build directly beside users and make the product work in the messy, high-stakes reality of healthcare.## Key Responsibilities### 1. Field Deployment & Clinical Workflow- Embed with Miami clinic staff to observe intake, rooming, charting, provider handoff, and follow-up workflows.- Translate doctor, assistant, and front-desk pain points into clear product requirements and fast engineering fixes.- Own on-site rollout quality for AICare Pre-Interview and Copilot, including setup, training, troubleshooting, and adoption.- Build trust with clinicians by making the product faster, more reliable, and easier to use in real patient-care moments.### 2. Product Engineering- Build and improve features across the AICare stack, including patient intake, staff review workflows, exam-room Copilot, and EHR-connected clinical documentation.- Work with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, Chrome extension APIs, GCP, Vercel, and AI model integrations.- Ship practical, well-tested product changes that solve immediate clinic problems without overengineering.- Improve product reliability, latency, and error handling so clinicians can depend on the system during a busy day.### 3. AI-First Healthcare Integration- Help connect AI-generated intake and clinical notes into EHR workflows such as Athena and Elation.- Validate that AI outputs are clinically useful, correctly structured, and aligned with provider expectations.- Partner with clinicians to identify where AI can safely reduce documentation burden, pre-visit prep, and repetitive administrative work.- Protect patient trust by treating accuracy, privacy, and workflow fit as first-order product requirements.### 4. Operations, Support & Launch Execution- Serve as the technical owner for local deployments, pilots, and new clinical workflow launches.- Diagnose issues across frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, browser extension, EHR integration, and clinic operations.- Create lightweight internal tools, scripts, dashboards, or playbooks that make deployment and support easier.- Communicate clearly with clinical and executive teams about product status, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps.## Qualifications & Experience- Strong software engineering ability, especially in full-stack product development.- Experience with Python and TypeScript/React is strongly preferred.- Comfort working with databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and production debugging.- Interest in healthcare, clinical workflows, AI-first care, longevity medicine, or patient-oriented technology.- Ability to work directly with doctors and clinic staff in a high-context, fast-moving environment.- High ownership mindset: you notice problems, make them concrete, and drive them to resolution.- Clear communication style with both technical and non-technical teammates.- Bonus: experience with EHR systems, healthcare integrations, HIPAA-aware workflows, Chrome extensions, voice AI, or LLM-based products.## Compensation & Location- Base Salary: $120,000 per year.- Location: Miami, Florida.- Work Style: In person.- Benefits and equity may be included depending on final offer structure.How to apply:Reach out griting AI website : https://www.griting.ai/orsubmit the application by contact office@griting.ai
