Our customers range from small manufacturers to large OEMs such as Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, and Bombardier.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable working across the entire stack—from cloud infrastructure, database and API design to modern front-end applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of features end-to-end, and leverages modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.You will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and expand your skill set across architecture, performance optimization, UI/UX, and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applicationsBuild and optimize RESTful APIs and backend servicesDevelop and maintain modern front-end applications using AngularCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship featuresOwn features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, and deploymentUse AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solvingParticipate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and code reviewsEnsure performance, scalability, and security across the stackContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and toolingGain a working understanding of system infrastructure and deployment pipelinesRequired Experience2+ years of professional software development experienceStrong backend experience with:Strong development experience in an object-oriented language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, TypeScript) with preference for C# / ASP.NETMSSQL Server (2012+), T-SQLRESTful API design and developmentPerformance tuning and optimizationStrong frontend experience with:Angular (AngularJS experience is a plus)JavaScript / TypeScript / ES6HTML, CSS, SASSModern build tools (Webpack or similar)Experience building and maintaining production web applications (not just marketing sites)Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Preferred / Bonus SkillsExperience with Azure Cloud infrastructure as well as Azure AI servicesInfrastructure and DevOps exposure (CI/CD, deployment pipelines)Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in a professional workflowUI/UX sensibility and experience designing user-facing featuresExperience with Kendo UI, Bootstrap, or similar frameworksNode.js experienceProduct design or system architecture experienceExperience or interest in application and cloud security principles and best practicesThe Ideal CandidateThinks in systems and can move fluidly between frontend and backend concernsIs proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownershipUses modern tools (including AI) to work efficiently and thoughtfullyCommunicates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologiesImportant RequirementDue to the nature of our work with export-controlled aerospace and defense data, this position requires U.S. Citizen status.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to FridayLocation: Kirkland, WA (in-person)Benefits401(k) with matchingHealth, dental insurancePaid time offBonus pay
