This position may require driving to a variety of locations within an approximate 25 mile radius centered around Hialeah.Hospice Nurse Benefits:Competitive W2 pay starting at $30 - $32 per hourWeekly payFlexible scheduling tailored to your lifestyleFull-time, and part-time hours availableDay shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts availableAll Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided at no costMileage reimbursement where applicableOpportunities for home health and facility shiftsMobile technology for scheduling and documentation accessResponsibilities:Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to deliver optimal care and advicePerform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, administering injections) and maintain patient recordsAdminister medications and treatments as per physician ordersProvide immediate medical care in emergenciesCreate a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their familiesRequirements:Active Florida RN licenseAHCA Level 2 fingerprinting clearancePhysical examination completed within the past six monthsCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X-rayMinimum of one (1) year documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facilityPrevious hospice experience preferred (we will train)Licensed driver with valid automobile insuranceAbility to work weekends, nights, and holidaysReliable transportationPhysical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed, based on client mobilityHiring Process:Our recruiter will review your application and reach out if you are qualified.
