RECRUITER - Marketing, Digital & Social MediaDepartment: RecruitingReports To: Account DirectorLocation: Remote / HybridRole SummaryThe Recruiter owns full-cycle recruitment for assigned client searches, managing intake, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, client communication, and closing. This role carries direct responsibility for role management, candidate delivery, and successful placements, while supporting business development and long-term client relationships.Area of focus is digital & social media for our clients who are fashion, home and beauty brands.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned searches.Conduct intake calls to define role requirements, timelines, and search strategy.Partner with Sourcers and Associate Recruiters to ensure strong pipeline coverage.Conduct in-depth candidate screens and assess experience, skill set, and fit.Present high-quality candidates with compelling, accurate write-ups.Speak on client calls regarding search progress, pipelines, and candidate recommendations.Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.Negotiate offers and support successful job closures.Source candidates for active roles and business development initiatives.Maintain accurate pipeline and status updates within TA tools such as Avionté, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.Build trusted client relationships that drive repeat business and satisfaction.Research potential clients, develop and deploy campaigns, follow up with and organize client calls.Participate in business development pitches.
