Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Project SalesDepartment: Sales & DistributionLocation: Delhi (NCR)Reporting To: CEO / COOSalary: As per experience and industry standardsJob SummaryThe Area Sales Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for driving project sales in theDelhi/NCR region for the company’s glass mosaics product portfolio. The role focuses ondeveloping strong relationships with large real estate developers, builders, EPC contractors, andinstitutional clients, while ensuring the successful conversion of high-value projects andachievement of revenue targets.Key Responsibilities Drive project sales growth through large builders, developers, EPC contractors, andgovernment projects in the Delhi/NCR region. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets. Build and manage a high-performing project sales team. Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and keydecision-makers. Track project pipelines, tenders, and approvals to ensure timely closures. Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of high-value deals. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance) for smooth executionand collections. Monitor team performance through regular reviews, field visits, and KPI tracking.Required Qualifications & Skills MBA / Graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or related field 3–5 years of experience in project sales (preferably in building materials or relatedindustry) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities Strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR real estate and project market Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regionPreferred Industry Building Materials (Tiles, Glass, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Paints) Architectural Products / Interior Solutions Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure
