Hardware Verification & Validation EngineerOur client, a leader in the technology and hardware development industry, is seeking a HW VnV Engineer to join their team. As a HW VnV Engineer, you will be part of the hardware validation and verification department supporting cross-functional product teams.What's the Job?Develop, maintain, and debug Python-based hardware validation scripts for board-level and interface-level testing.Translate hardware requirements into executable test procedures and pass/fail criteria.Perform root-cause analysis for failures across scripts, firmware, and hardware.Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and signal generators for troubleshooting.Document setup instructions, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure repeatability and knowledge sharing.What's Needed?Hands-on experience with hardware interfaces like UART, RS-422, RS-485, SPI, I2C, GPIO, Ethernet, and CAN.Proficiency in developing and debugging Python scripts for hardware validation.Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and familiarity with lab equipment.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with product teams.Experience with version control systems such as Git and basic CI workflows.
