Sr. Backend Engineer Qualifications:Over 6 years of experience in software development, especially with large-scale distributed systems.Strong understanding of building highly concurrent applications and REST API design.Proven ability to manage projects with significant long-term impact on systems or teams.Excellent judgment in technical task prioritization and problem-solving skills.Ability to guide and mentor junior team members on technical initiatives.
