We are looking for open, enthusiastic, team-oriented PMHNP's to join us in serving our community and each other.We are seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for our new clinic in Eugene, Oregon. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing holistic psychiatric care in an outpatient setting for a dedicated client caseload. This position could be full or part time and include interventional psychiatric treatments like ketamine therapy and Spravato, in which case some in-person coverage would be necessary.Services include psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing evaluation and management, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, interventional services consultations, maintaining clinical documentation, and possibly leading an interventional treatment team.This position is located in Eugene, OR, though a portion of remote work providing telepsychiatry would be considered.Qualifications:Active License as a Nurse Practitioner in OregonActive Board Certification- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse PractitionerDEA LicenseMaster's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitionerExperience working as a PMHNP (at least 1 year)Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders independentlyExperience or strong interest in working with ketamine, Spravato and other novel psychiatric treatmentsStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExperience leading an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with other healthcare professionalsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient recordsAlignment with our practice's mission and core values
