Environmental Technician

POSITION TITLE: Environmental TechnicianREPORTS TO: Environmental Technician SupervisorCLASSIFICATION: Non-ExemptCareSTL Health is seeking Environmental Technicians. The Environmental Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The following information is considered the definition of essential functions but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. The Environmental Technician may be reassigned duties and responsibilities at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other staffing reasons. Other duties may be assigned.Clean, vacuum, mop, and sanitize entire health clinic including all restrooms daily (i.e. toilets, sinks, and restroom floors), refill supplies as needed (hand soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue).Pick up trash on the outside of the building and parking lots on a daily basisWash windows according to cleaning scheduleWash walls according to cleaning scheduleWipe down patient care areas on a daily basisOther duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Education:High School Diploma/GED as applicableHigher education as applicable Experience: 3-5 year of experience preferred Additional Information: Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.11 paid holidays per year.Full benefits package.Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
