Job Title: Workflow Programming Reporting & Analysis (Contract-to-Hire)Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-HireLocation: Remote (Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius of a client office in Salt Lake City, UT; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX.)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and operational processes for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banking Operations, SQL/Query Writing, Reporting & Analytics, and Workflow Management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support consumer deposit operations, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.Must-Have Skills3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Retail Banking, Consumer Banking, or Deposit Operations.2+ years of experience in Reporting, Data Analytics, or Ad Hoc Reporting.Strong experience with SQL / Query Writing.Experience with Enterprise Workflow / Workflow Programming or similar workflow/process automation tools.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.Analyze banking operations data and generate ad hoc reports.Support consumer deposit operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.Improve and automate operational processes using Enterprise Workflow or similar tools.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Risk, Fraud, Marketing, and Data Management.Perform reporting, analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with Retail Banking, Consumer Banking, or Deposit Operations.Knowledge of Banking Products and Regulatory Compliance.Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and UAT.
