STOCK CLERK - RETAIL STORE

Location: Tampa, FL Salary Range: Dependent upon experience plus commission Benefits: Full range of elective and company-paid benefits Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time Description and Duties: Providing premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions. Ensuring product is rotated, within date, and properly displayed on shelves. Unloading product from deliveries and organizing the stock room. Filling sections as needed. Cleaning cases and shelves, mopping and sweeping the sales floor, stock room and coolers. Operating backroom equipment such as pallet jacks, handcarts, scales, and vacuum pack machines. Taking out customer orders to their vehicles. Assisting in other duties, as assigned. Physical demands: prolonged standing; walking; talking; hearing; listening; occasional viewing of computer monitor; use hands and arms in reaching, handling or manipulating objects or controls; occasionally lift and/or move up to 95 pounds. Work environment: indoor work environment with exposure to refrigeration temperatures of 5ºF to 35ºF. Moderate to loud noise level. Candidates must consent to and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and credential verifications as conditions of employment. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service. Able to read, write, and do simple math problems. Able to interpret, understand and follow instructions. Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 95 pounds. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
