Technical Program Manager III, Strategic Workforce Solutions, Cloud Networking
Overview
In this role you will drive complex, multi-disciplinary network deployment projects for Google’s global infrastructure. You coordinate cross-functional teams, manage requirements and risks, and deliver scalable, repeatable work packages for third-party execution. You’ll act as a technical escalation point and push automation and process improvements to raise build quality and speed. This is a hands-on role at scale, shaping how networks are deployed across data centers and markets.

ResponsibilitiesTranslate network solutions into standard BOMs and design packages for third-party execution across multiple sitesDevelop repeatable stateless work packages for third-party provisioners and coordinatorsCollaborate with site acquisition, Edge Infrastructure, and colocation providers for fast, scalable deployments and lifecycle operationsManage vendor selection, onboarding, and oversightServe as the primary technical escalation point for quality assurance and service improvementDrive performance measurement, process improvement, and automation across internal and external groups to optimize build quality and repair intervalsPlan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executivesContribute to scalable, multi-functional deployment strategies and trade-off discussions with engineers
