Sr RF EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our engineering division, you will lead complex RF design projects from conception through completion. This role involves designing and integrating RF systems and components, ensuring the highest quality and functionality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the establishment of requirements for intricate RF design projects and guide the team in meeting these requirements.Oversee RF Receiver and Transmitter design, ensuring seamless product integration.Architect and execute all project phases, maintaining oversight of in-process and final inspections.Implement RF systems throughout the product design cycle, focusing on power supply and circuit design.Select components, prototype, and conduct factory bring-up, lab bench debug, and root cause analysis.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to successfully launch RFID products.Support and troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues, ensuring validation and compliance.Develop and test RF design solutions, contributing to highly complex technical projects.Contribute to the technology roadmap by creating specifications and influencing product requirements.Prioritize quality and drive improvements across all RF projects.Travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet program milestones.Provide technical leadership and serve as a knowledge leader in RF design across multiple engineering disciplines.Define requirements and, if necessary, design new tools to solve complex problems.Coordinate with other personnel and network with key contacts across different expertise areas.Represent the organization in interactions with senior customer personnel and management.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience.Proven experience as a board-level RF circuit designer.Expertise in RF circuit tuning and troubleshooting.Proficiency in antenna design and measurement.Familiarity with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and RF power meters.Preferred Requirements:RF design experience in the 800MHz to 8GHz range.Experience with RF power amplifier design and measurements.Familiarity with RF receiver design and measurements.Extensive experience in RF system-level design (RFID, UWB).Proficiency with design tools like ADS, CST, and Cadence.Experience in WWAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, and GPS RF design.Experience in RF design for UHF RFID readers is highly advantageous.Location: RonkonkomaThis position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of RFID systems technology, leading innovative projects and contributing to cutting-edge solutions in the RF engineering field.
