This role requires strong setup/operation skills, blueprint reading, and a commitment to quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathesMachine parts to tight tolerances using blueprintsMake tool adjustments, offsets, and minor program editsInspect parts using precision measuring toolsMonitor production and report non-conformancesPerform basic machine maintenance and documentationRequirements:U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR)High school diploma or GED5+ years CNC lathe experienceBlueprint reading and inspection skillsKnowledge of speeds, feeds, offsets, and program prove-outsPreferred:Aerospace MRO experience
