You’ll work in an agile, dynamic environment, where initiative is highly valued and our people’s personal growth track matters.Job DescriptionABOUT DRYLOCK United StatesSchedule: three or four 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm each week on the 2-2-3 scheduleStarting pay: $20.05 per hourAs a Logistics Coordinator, You WillDemonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, OwnershipFollow all procedures.Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Demonstrate respect to all individuals you encounter.Communicate work status with incoming crew at shift change.Maintain clean and safe work areas.Daily warehouse maintenance to keep warehouse in compliance with warehouse cleanliness expectations.Effectively communicate.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work in different Logistics areas.Operate task specific equipment:Baling equipment.Stretch wrapper.Industrial lifts (forklift, clamp truck, roll clamp, sweeper).Stand-alone case printer.Keep production lines clear of scrap and garbage.Keep facility garbage’s empty.Unload and warehouse inbound deliveries while following defined procedures.Pick and place product in the warehouse from the palletizing area while following defined procedures.Stage, check, and load customer orders while following defined procedures.Stock the production lines:Using Bill of Materials.Following 5s.Following defined procedures.Accurately perform cycle counts as needed as well as assist with year-end inventory.ProfileLogistics Coordinator QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience in a production environment.Forklift experience and prior certifications preferred but not required.Experience in Logistics related fields preferred but not required.Job Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesMust have a good command of the English language, both written and spokenMust be able to read and interpret work documentsMust have the ability to work in teamsMust have the ability to perform basic mathMust have the ability to adapt to frequent changesDemonstrates desire to be a cross-functional Logistics team member.Must have computer skills as applicable to production projects in the manufacturing field.Demonstrate respect to all individuals you encounter.Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required.Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Assist with new hires development with guidance and concern.Assist with physical inventory.Our offerBenefits at Drylock Technologies Ltd. - Partnered with OakLeaf Direct!Health, dental, and vision insuranceOn-site health and wellness centerPaid holiday and vacation days401(k) retirement savingsLife and disability insuranceBuilt-in overtime & paid breaks for hourly employeesProduct discountsEmployee prize giveaways… and more!Click Here to Apply Directly!
