This is a 7p-7a night shift role focused on patient safety, therapeutic communication, and high-quality nursing care for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID), autism spectrum disorders, and adult psychiatric conditions.ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care, assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations for adult clientsSupervise, observe, and account for patients to ensure safety and well-beingdminister care as directed by medical and nursing providersObserve, report, and document patients' physical, emotional, and behavioral statusUtilize therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques appropriatelyMaintain and protect patient rights at all timesImplement appropriate nursing care interventions and accurate documentationUtilize patient care information systems and related technology effectivelyCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support treatment goals RequirementGraduation from an accredited school of practical nursingctive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Montana1 year of experience with ID patients, Adult Psychiatry, or Autism Spectrum patientsBLS from AHADriver's License dditional InformationLocal Montana candidates can applyOne meal provided per shift
