Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of residential communities located within the master-planned community The role ensures that the property is kept clean, safe, and orderly at all times in accordance with an established maintenance schedule.Responsibilities:Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.Service, clean, and supply restrooms.Gather and empty trash.Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.Job RequirementsProven experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably for extended periods.Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills for reporting issues or requesting supplies when necessary.Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required.
