Must have 6 day work week availability Proven leadership experience in a retail or entertainment setting. Excellent communication skills both writen and verbal Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to keep the arcade running like a well-oiled machine. A strategic mindset with a knack for driving sales and enhancing customer engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn the ins and outs of arcade operations, customer service, and team management from the ground up. Gain hands-on experience in every aspect of running a successful arcade store, from daily operations to team leadership.
