They may oversee customer service, store operations, and employee supervision in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.Primary DutiesSupervise, coach, mentor, train, and support all employees Generate and maintain accurate required documentationAddress and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approachMaintain professional relationships with suppliers and customersChampion of MFCP programs and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable lawsPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
