Key Responsibilities In all roles, you’ll: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person communication. Professionally interact with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients. Perform accurate data entry and manage digital prescription workflows. Support the prescription filling process, including: Data entry, print queue, Framework/ECM docs, and order processing (daily, weekly, monthly) Team communication via Microsoft Teams Accept and complete Pharmacist-delegated responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment Bonus: Some roles may involve working with Care-Sync processes (training provided).
