This customer-facing role is responsible for managing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear organization, tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment and can effectively manage internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end production of permanent in-store displays, fixtures, and retail elements from concepting / prototyping through full-scale production, delivery, and installation.Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and status reporting.Coordinate closely with clients, designers, production teams, suppliers, and installation partners to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure all outputs meet brand and retailer standards.Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to maintain timelines and deliverables.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines.Support continuous improvement initiatives across project workflows, communication, and operational processes.Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving.Qualifications & ExperienceProven project management experience -- preferably within retail displays, POP/POS, experiential marketing, manufacturing, or production environments.Strong understanding of retail display production processes, materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across both internal and external teams.Experience using project management or ERP software systems.Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.Benefits:Competitive Salary401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time off
