You’ll play a critical role in producing premium labels and packaging for top brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage.This is more than a press operator role—you’ll be a key contributor to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.RequirementsWhat You’ll DoSet up, operate, and monitor HP Indigo digital presses to produce high-quality printed materialsRead and follow job tickets, ensuring correct materials, color consistency, and specificationsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly press maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performanceMonitor quality throughout the print process and make adjustments as neededTroubleshoot press issues, including working directly with HP remote and on-site supportMaximize uptime and efficiency while meeting production schedules and quality standardsTrack production, quality, and material usage accuratelyIdentify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with supervisors and teammates to address issues and meet deadlinesAssist in other production areas as needed to support overall plant goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior printing industry experience required; label or shrink-wrap experience strongly preferredExperience running HP Indigo presses (6K, 25K, or similar); Level I Indigo Certification a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage priorities and perform well in a fast-paced production settingWillingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvementPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedAbility to stand or walk for extended periodsAbility to work safely around moving equipment in a moderately loud production environmentVisual acuity to distinguish color, detail, and print qualityWhy You’ll Love Working at CursiveCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and 401k) Modern, state-of-the-art equipment and facilityReal career growth in a fast-growing companyLean team where your work makes a visible impactOpportunity to work with world-class consumer brandsPerformance-driven culture that recognizes skill, effort, and resultsSupportive team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation#ZR
