The Legal Recruiter will focus on identifying and recruiting legal professionals for: 1) Within the LA office; 2) Assist in Establishing New office; 3) Assist the CEO with LAW FIRM lawyer needs as needed.pDaily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, evaluating their qualifications, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement. Collaboration with clients to understand their hiring needs and fostering long-term relationships will also be essential.QualificationsStrong knowledge and understanding of Law and Legal RecruitingCollege Degree with stellar academicsExperience in Hiring, Recruiting or Sales a PLUSProven expertise in dealing with people and personableExceptional interpersonal and negotiation skillsResourcefulPersistentExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a high-paced environment with attention to detailBachelor's degree in a related field is preferredWIll consider J.D.'s not interested in pursuing careers as lawyersPrior experience in the legal or recruitment industry is a plus but not required*******NOTE: WE NEED A SUPER ANALYTICAL WORKER. You will be SERVICING a VERY BUSY PRACTICE. You will not need to bring in buisness. We are Growing. You will work with the CEO extensively, first to fill priority needs within the Agency. This includes: 1) HIring Internally for divisions; 2) Hiring in a 2nd new office outside of California. As we grow, you will help with various client needs, but still help with hiring Internally which is constant.The right person can be a college graduate with top grades who is personable; a college grad wtih some work experience; a mid-level stellar candidate; or a recruiter/JD who does not want to bring in buisness who is HIGHLY organized adn better at FILLING needs/jobs. We have more business than we can handle.While we viturally have no online presence, this is also a project in process. Our clients are major law firms who prefer we minimize PR and online advertising.
