Legal Recruitment Manager | Boston (Hybrid)We are partnering with a leading global law firm to identify a Legal Recruitment Manager to support its Boston office. This role will play a key part in driving recruitment strategy and managing full-cycle attorney hiring, while collaborating closely with firm leadership and cross-office teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end attorney recruitment, including law school hiring, summer associate programs, and lateral recruitmentOversee recruitment processes, reporting, and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with firm policiesSupervise and mentor recruitment coordinators and assistants, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environmentPartner with Hiring Committees and firm leadership to execute effective hiring strategies and meet recruitment targetsManage and enhance the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, mentoring, programming, and evaluationsDrive law school outreach, judicial clerk hiring, and diversity recruiting initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholdersSupport lateral hiring processes, including candidate experience, onboarding, and integrationDevelop and manage recruitment budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze hiring metrics and trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external search firms and talent sourcesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 3+ years of management experience and 3+ years of legal recruitment or related experienceStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and analytical abilities with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruiting platforms (LawCruit, viDesktop preferred; WebEx and Flo Recruit a plus)This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to take on a strategic, high-impact role within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.If you are interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly.
