Job SummaryArcosa Aggregates is seeking a Dispatcher based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ office to coordinate and schedule aggregate material orders in our East region. This role is responsible for effectively communicating and interacting with customers.Day to DayRecognize and prevent scheduling conflicts and/or special requestsPoint of contact for all customers for all aggregate sites when placing orders.Utilize computer programs to assure correct billing and order fulfillment.Effectively communicating and interacting with customers, truckers, vendors, and co-workers.DEP record keeping/reporting for plant production and hours of operation.Problem job reportsVerification of hours for weekly payroll.Perform other duties or responsibilities as assignedAbout YouExperience in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment preferredHigh School or GEDDispatch and/or logistics experience preferredGood written and verbal communication skillsGood cognitive skillsDetailed orientedAbility to multi-taskWorking ConditionsWhile most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.Compensation$51,198 - $65,111 annuallyBenefitsArcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
