Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to manage a high-volume Greater Boston / Southern NH territory, with a strong focus on ShopRite, Stop & Shop, and Big Y locations. Our client is a privately owned food sales and marketing firm serving Metro NY, Connecticut, Boston, and Philadelphia for over 30 years. They represent leading brands across meat, deli, dairy, bakery, grocery, and frozen departments in major regional supermarket chains.Position OverviewThis is a field-based role responsible for managing approximately 200 assigned stores. You will build relationships with department managers and buyers, drive distribution and displays, and ensure strong in-store execution. This role reports to the Retail Lead and requires weekly virtual team meetings via Microsoft Teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular in-store visits within assigned territoryBuild and maintain relationships with store management and department headsPresent new items and secure distributionUpsell products, displays, POS materials, and promotional programsExecute retail audits and track performance using GoSpotCheckCommunicate opportunities, issues, and follow-ups to management and principalsSupport business strategy and volume goals across accountsParticipate in ride-alongs with principals and team members as neededQualificationsExperience working with supermarket chains in meat, deli, dairy, grocery, bakery, or frozenStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced field environmentProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and retail reporting toolsProfessional, resilient, and solutions-orientedReliable transportation requiredSchedule & CompensationMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM$50,000-$65,000 annual salary (non-commission) / Weekly payMileage, tolls, and business expenses reimbursedFull benefits packagePlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
