This hospital in Charleston, WV is recruiting a physician for its Palliative Care team.Requirements:D. or D.O.BC/BE in hospice and palliative medicineEligible for a WV medical license/unrestricted DEA certificateAbility to obtain medical staff privilegesCapability to manage complex pain/symptoms as well as chronic and life threatening illnessesTeaching opportunities available with medical students and residentsJoin a team of a palliative medicine physician, Nurse Practitioners, 1 Social Worker and a PharmD. Duties include staffing busy in-patient consultative service. Future plans include development of OP Clinic.Work Monday Friday.
