This includes sales, guest service, staff supervision, and support for daily course activities. The role also ensures company rules and standards are followed across the facility.ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in members and guestsSell merchandise and process paymentsManage reservations for tee times and servicesMaintain inventory and keep the shop clean and organizedTrain, schedule, and lead pro shop, range, and cart staffHandle guest concerns and help resolve service issuesFollow company rules for cash handling and closing dutiesSupport the General Manager and lead the team when they are awayAssist with staff meetings and communicationOther duties as assignedQualifications1–2 years in customer service, ideally golf, hospitality, or entertainmentAbility to work a flexible scheduleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable handling cash and card transactionsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced settingKnowledge of golf operations is a plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredWorking ConditionsWork schedules vary based on business needs and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.This role involves standing or walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.Some climbing, bending, and reaching may be required.
