Customer Data Platform & Personalization Functional Consultant• Customer Data Platform & Personalization Functional Consultant experience • Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred) or other CDPs • Ability to support design, implementation, and business adoption of customer data unification, segmentation, and personalized digital experiences • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications • Ability to define and document business rules for identity resolution, consent management, data unification, customer lifecycle, and segmentation logic • Experience partnering with technical teams to validate data ingestion from systems such as BigQuery, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and website platforms including AEM, Hybris, and React SPA • Experience leading functional design for customer journeys and personalization treatments • Ability to conduct UAT, create training materials, support change management, and ensure business adoption of CDP and personalization capabilities • Strong functional understanding of CDP concepts including customer profile unification, identity strategy, calculated insights, and data model design • Functional expertise in Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio), including journey logic, triggers, decision rules, segmentation, and content personalization use cases • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for audience activation and journey orchestration • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (preferred) • Salesforce Personalization Accredited Professional certification (preferred) • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
